With our Proprietary TIGER ACCELERATOR, the Eye of the Tiger Team puts our youth on the fast-track for success. The Accelerator is a proven and effective system,  structure, and strategy for success : 

T: THINK

We teach our program participants that thinking is always the better part of action. We encourage our participants to believe in their ideas, to think independently, and we guide them in taking wise, strategic steps to turn ideas into viable action plans. We also inspire our program participants to think of how their actions impact others, so that they develop the discipline of adding value to their families, communities, and country.

I: INNOVATE

We support our youth by giving them the confidence to cultivate and explore fresh, innovative products, programs, projects, events, and strategies in the pursuit of their passions. We believe everyone - without exception - was born with unique talent or gifts that must be explored to achieve true personal fulfillment and success. Whether our youth pursue passions in sports, fashion, culture, business, science and technology, or a combination of areas - their success is assured with the right action taken on innovative ideas.

G: GOAL-ORIENTED FOCUS

The Eye of the Tiger Team understands that one of the main challenges that inhibits the success of many young persons is the abundance of distractions - some of which are internal (mental) and many of which can be attributed to their environment. Thats why our Facilitators focus on the cultivating the discipline of focus - including effective time management; maintaining mental stamina; tackling tasks; and setting priorities.

E: ENERGY, ENTHUSIASM, AND SELF-ESTEEM

We believe that success is always intentional. We work to cultivate that intentionality into our youth, by channeling their energy and enthusiasm toward productive endeavors that lead to their personal development, career success, and financial growth and stability.

R: RESPECT FOR ONESELF AND OTHERS

Respect is one of the core value on which Eye of the Tiger Foundation was built. It's our north star and one of our guiding principles, and its the reason why we teach our youth about the power of recognizing their inherent value and the inherent value of members of their families and communities. As an extension of respect, we teach the practices of civility, manners, professional deportment, and social etiquette - all of which have proven to be critical in preparing for academic and professional success.
